There are times when I take a photo that I think it is going to turn out great, only to get back to the studio to find out it really didn’t work the way I envisioned it. There are also times where there are photo that I don’t think much about and after some post-processing it jumps out at me. This photo was one that jumped out at me while I was editing.

When I first noticed the “Fascinating Lighting” challenge, I instantly knew which photo I wanted to enter. I spent a lot of time learning, planning, and experimenting on this photo, so I entered this challenge and hoped for the best.

A while back someone sent me a message through my Etsy account of all places. They mentioned how they loved my photography and wanted me to be a part of their underground art show. Sounds cool right? You got my attention with the while “underground art show”.

The Missouri City Visitors Center was recently built and they really try and bring in local artists and talent to showcase to the public. I was honored to be invited to showcase my work.
